Located in Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, the company is engaged in the design and application development of various semiconductor components and is a major IC and power device supplier in China. The company currently focuses on two main areas: the power chain (power management, power devices, motor drives) and the signal chain (data converters, power metering chips, IoT front-ends, non-volatile memories, standard signal products). These products enable the company to serve a wide range of market segments such as automotive electronics, industrial controls, photovoltaics, energy storage, energy efficiency monitoring, electrical equipment, optical communications, home appliances, short-range commuting , high-end and portable medical devices, mobile camera modules, and various other consumer products.
